I’ve been a therapist for over 35 years, working with teens and emerging adults as they navigate the many transitions and challenges of life. Whether it’s managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, failure to launch or exploring gender, or sexuality, I offer a space that is supportive, affirming, and grounded in deep respect for each person’s unique experience.
