I will work with you to identify past survivor skills that have become destructive patterns influencing daily living. These survival skills are often related to substance abuse, mental illness or trauma from past or current relationships. We will Identify destructive behaviors and cognitions while decreasing trauma influence. This opens space to create positive cognitions and boundaries. These are the stepping stones to healthy relationships, becoming your best self and achieving your true purpose. Trauma focused- EMDR trained Narrative therapist Substance abuse and other addictive behaviors. Children and Adult children of Addicted Parents or other unhealthy family dynamics. Children and Youth Mental illness/ disruptive behavior.
