I specialize in trauma treatment through nervous system regulation and mindful processing. I'm certified in Somatic Experiencing and Brainspotting, with advanced trainings in EMDR. I’ve had the honor of working with individuals, families, and couples from all walks of life, and I’m passionate about helping people navigate and integrate trauma and loss.
