Each person’s physical, emotional, cognitive, social, and cultural experiences shape how they understand themselves and relate to others. In therapy, we explore these influences together, including early attachment, core beliefs, and protective patterns formed in childhood. I take a holistic, creative, and attachment-focused approach and provide an inclusive, affirming space for all identities. By exploring the past to better understand the present, and integrating experiential and inner-child work, I aim to support healing, insight, resilience, and more authentic connection in alignment with self-identified goals.
