My ideal client is a child, teen, or young adult who is struggling with emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, or autism spectrum-related challenges. They may be experiencing difficulty in school, at home, or in social situations, and they (or their caregivers) are looking for a safe space to better understand what they’re going through. They’re seeking tools that are practical and effective, but also tailored to who they, or their child are, not just their diagnosis.
