I work with children, teens, and young adults in Tallahassee who are struggling with anxiety, big emotions, trauma, or feeling overwhelmed. Parents often reach out when they’re not sure how to help anymore, and therapy can be a supportive place to start. My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. I use CBT and DBT to build coping skills, EMDR to process trauma, and play therapy with younger children. I also offer therapy groups for middle school, high school, and college-aged girls.
