After earning my Master’s from New York University, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting adults and teens who face challenges in peer relationships, anxiety, and confidence. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the unique struggles this age group faces and have had the privilege of guiding many individuals toward becoming their most empowered, authentic selves.
