I believe we all have the capacity to heal, grow and expand our ability for self-compassion. I have over 10 years experience as an individual and family therapist working with all ages, from children to adults, with a special passion for helping adolescents and young adults. I was raised here on Maui (H.P. Baldwin High alum), attended UH Mānoa for my bachelor's, and lived in New York City while pursuing my masters in social work. Helping the youth and families of Hawai'i grow and thrive has been a lifelong passion and having a therapy practice allows me to do that.
