I work with children, teens and adults. With children, I specialize in behavior problems, autism or other developmental needs. This includes helping parents learn parenting techniques specific to their child and learn how to work with the school to create supportive accommodations. I also work with children (age 2 and up), youth, young adults and adults regarding anxiety, trauma, depression, adoption and working through change of life stages. Finally, I can bring my experience with all ages together to help improve family communication and dynamics. My dogs work with me to help clients feel welcome and to reduce anxiety in sessions. I use creative methods, such as art, games, sand trays and toys to help clients learn new skills and grow to have a better understanding of themselves. I have a lot of experience with trauma and am trained to help with children as young as 2 years old.
