Life circumstances and experiences can be really hard to deal with and sometimes tough times can cause you to feel stuck or like you are on a constant roller coaster. My purpose is to help you process life experiences in order to create new goals or achieve old ones- whether it be better life balance, healthier relationships, more confidence dealing with difficult child/teen behaviors, or just loving yourself.
