My work is genuine, nonjudgmental, gender-affirming, and intersectional. I work from a perspective that integrates social and cultural context (society, family, and relationships) with your values, strengths, and desires. Together we’ll use humor, creativity, and levity to provide fertile ground for more difficult experiences like relationships, grief, depression, and anxiety. I use various approaches based on the issues and needs you/your partnership bring into session; providing individual and relationship therapy that is personalized, holistic, and trauma-informed.
