I have a passion for creating a warm, open space for clients to experience significant change and find healing. I have experience working with a variety of clients, including children, adolescents and adults within agency, group practice and school settings. I focus on helping clients uncover and connect to their emotional truths by exploring where thoughts and feelings originate, how they were shaped by early experiences, and how they show up in the present. I use an integrative approach that draws from CBT, DBT, IFS, and attachment theory, always aiming to identify protective patterns and build a more authentic connection to self.
