Sometimes we feel like we are the only ones who know our pain. We feel ignored or misunderstood. You may experience difficulty setting boundaries, feeling empowered, or asking for help. You may have experiences as a child, adolescent, or more recently that have caused you to doubt yourself and feel cynical. Exploring your hurts, successes, and indifference will allow us to access your true self, a direction of travel, and hope for the future. I will travel the road with you whether it is a short path or a long journey through mountains, forests, and quicksand. Whatever you might be bringing with you, I will help you carry the load.
