My name is Julie White, and I am a CA Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and NBCC National Certified Counselor. I started my counseling career working at non-profit inpatient settings with individuals struggling with dual diagnosis, including substance use, PTSD, eating disorders, and anxiety. I later worked in an outpatient setting where I now work with individuals experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, pregnancy/ prenatal/ postpartum difficulties, grief, and stress. In addition to a humanistic approach, I utilize modalities including acceptance and commitment, cognitive behavioral, trauma-focused, and narrative therapy.
