I offer a warm space where you may contemplate the direction of your life and to process through past narratives, traumas and core belief systems that have held you back from creating a life that you love. I support you with cultivating a deeper awareness with your inner dialogue and thinking processes, while fostering a relationship with your emotional body to heal your nervous system. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, parts work, and somatic based strategies to support clients with finding safety within themselves, developing skills to regulate difficult emotions, and cultivate secure attachments.
