Everyone thinks you’ve got it together, but the loud, incessant voice of your inner critic is telling you that you’re never going to be enough. You are a perfectionist and take pride in the things you do. When you hear the words, “imposter syndrome”, you can completely relate. You hope nobody knows that you truly don’t have it together at all. You struggle in relationships, and part of you knows that it may have something to do with your dysfunctional childhood and never feeling seen. You have big emotions, you don’t want to be seen as “too much”, and you most definitely don’t want to feel rejected.
