I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Present Path Therapy, a practice rooted in trauma-informed, mindfulness-based care. I work with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, often navigating anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, trauma, or ADHD. Therapy can be a space to slow down, build self-trust, and explore new ways of relating to emotions, experiences, and what matters most. I believe healing begins in the present.
