I am passionate about helping adults, of all ages, understand and accept themselves better. We will explore health, aging, relationships, career, and family. Do you have the life you always imagined? Did you not get what you had hoped for? Are you going through a life transition or quarter-life or mid-life crisis? Wondering what comes next? We can look at a variety of issues including but not limited to anxiety, ADHD, depression, family conflict, coping, & adjustment. I address the important connection between physical and mental health. As a life-long competitive athlete, I also work on issues within the sports psychology realm.
