I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Starting this journey can be overwhelming, especially when we can feel motivated to take those first steps toward healing but struggle to gain relief. Trauma, stress, and challenging life events can leave our inner resources and authenticity untouched by discouraging our growth.
