The type of clients who will get the most out of working with me are curious about exploring the makings of their inner-world, why they find themselves in the relationships that they do and how their defenses keep them safe but stuck. I work well with ambitious individuals prone to self-criticism or perfectionism who come to find themselves feeling disillusioned and untethered from their work, relationships and bodies. My goal is to help clients build the emotional muscle and vulnerability necessary to increase self-awareness, authenticity, connection and agency in their lives and in their relationships.
