I practice an integrated approach to Psychotherapy. I believe in meeting the client where they are and applying myriad psychotherapeutic interventions as they are needed by each client, week to week. I blend Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Analysis, EMDR, Positive Psychology, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), CBT, and am well-versed in a range of Addiction recovery models spanning 12-step recovery, harm-reduction, and deep and reflective acknowledgment of the trauma experience that often has led to substance abuse and addiction, compulsive behaviors, and/or unwanted behaviors.
