My approach as a therapist is collaborative and compassionate, guided by curiosity and respect for each person’s story. I aim to create an emotionally safe space where you feel understood, seen, and free to explore the parts of your story that may have been silenced, fragmented, or forgotten. I believe therapy is not only about change, but about finding meaning and connection within what is already unfolding. I’m especially interested in working with individuals navigating transitions, displacement, and questions of identity.
