Hello and welcome. As a Catholic therapist, I intend to be transparent, flexible, and authentic as I use a Catholic lens to focus on listening to you reflexively and help you build on your strengths to overcome your challenges. My goal is to offer a space where faith and reason work together to bring healing and growth. I believe that our Lord is the Divine Healer and without Him there is no real healing. If you choose me as your therapist, you can expect a safe, comfortable environment where you are free to voice your concerns without judgment.
