Each of us experiences moments in life when we are not sure what path to take. We may feel disconnected from our values, distant from those we most want to be close to, and out of balance in our daily rhythm. In the midst of overwhelm, we know something needs to change yet we may not easily see what that is. It may also be that we know what we want to change but we encounter challenges from others or from seemingly immovable obstacles in our world.
