I am a NYS licensed clinical psychologist who has been in practice for more than thirty years. I treat a wide range of individuals and problems including anxiety, depression, trauma and loss. However, I specialize in working with seniors and persons with disabilities. Being a senior myself, I am well acquainted with loss, trauma and the existential issues that come with age. I try to step into your shoes and see the world through your eyes without censorship or judgement so I can understand your world. Empathy and understanding are the keys to a successful therapeutic relationship.
