I welcome adults (all ages, including perinatal) and youth (10 yo+) who are ready to begin or continue to grow and heal in these challenging times. Beliefs and perceptions shape our choices. Families with chronic illness, mental illness, neurodevelopmental challenges, twice exceptionality (2E gifted+disability), and newly diagnosed neurodivergent people need extra support. I am passionate about sharing my specialized training in evidence based therapies, trauma therapies (including Brainspotting), and positive / regulation-based parenting to help you thrive.
