I am psychoanalytically trained and I work from an anti-oppressive lens, acknowledging the impact of interpersonal, systemic, and intergenerational traumas. Using the therapeutic relationship alongside tools like EMDR, parts work, and a mind - body approach I hope to highlight your innate resilience that brought you to the incredibly brave step of asking for support.
