Therapy with me is real talk, a shared process, and accepting healing—I’ll cheer you on and challenge you when needed. I bring my full, unapologetic self into the room: queer, fat, disabled, first-gen, neurodivergent, kink- and polyamory-affirming. I know what it means to move through systems not built for us, and I don’t believe you should have to leave pieces of yourself behind to be seen. My practice centers BIPOC, queer, and marginalized communities across —from young adults finding their voice to elders rewriting their story—navigating substance use, sexuality, gender, and the ongoing work of decolonization.
