Welcome! I'm Juriana, a Latina therapist and I understand the unique challenges that come with having a difficult relationship with your mother. You may find yourself having a hard time setting healthy boundaries, experiencing feelings of low-self worth, feeling disconnected and overwhelmed, and noticing that these challenges show up in other areas of your life. You are seeking to reconnect with your authenticity, release old narratives, heal childhood wounds, and find personal fulfillment without the shame and guilt. In our work together, I integrate traditional therapeutic approaches with holistic practices that create a safe space to explore mind, body, and soul healing. I'm also trained in EMDR, Ritual Breathwork, Trauma Resiliency Model, and certified in CBT.
