As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I offer education and experience with helping everyday people understand the relationship between their mental, emotional, and physical state, and how these aspects affect their day-to-day lives. People should feel empowered to manage stress, negative thoughts, and adverse experiences. However, many factors hold them back. Through my intervention, I’ve helped to increase emotional awareness and motivation, providing clients with the sense of peace that we all ultimately deserve. My passion has always been to meet clients where they are and provide them with a safe space to understand themselves and their lives. I wish to normalize therapeutic healing. Through many avenues, this is possible. What typically brings people to therapy is how they feel in the present moment.
