We at Just Ducky Behavioral Health believe that therapy should be collaborative and while we bring the knowledge of psychology and distance from the situation you bring your own expertise. You are the expert on YOU! Therapy does not have to be boring. It is our belief that therapy should be fun and so counseling is provided while we laugh, tell stories and go about addressing issues with an out of the box approach. Even though laughter is important there will be times when you may cry (or at least want to) as we may address issues that can be challenging to talk about.
