Whether you are 5, 18, 35 or 85, there are sometimes obstacles that get in the way to living our lives to the fullest. My job is to help you change patterns of thinking and behavior and that are preventing you from living according to your full potential. I have over twenty years of clinical experience working with individuals and families who are dealing with a variety of mental health issues including, depression, anxiety, trauma, Mood Disorders, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, sexual abuse and substance abuse. I have over eight years experience specifically working with children and adolescents.
