“Before you assist others, put your oxygen mask on first." Prioritizing your wellness is essential. Perhaps you feel pulled in a million directions or you have suffered a loss. Perhaps you are stuck in an unhealthy relationship or you constantly compare yourself to others. What we often need most is the support and guidance to help us know that we are not alone. I'm here to support you and to teach you how to cope with the stress of the world and your inner doubts and fears. Breaking unhealthy cycles of thought can be life-changing. That is why I often use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to help break through anxiety, depression, and other problems. But I will meet you wherever you are, using a variety of approaches, from mindfulness to problem-solving skills. We will work collaboratively to achieve your goals.
