I am passionate about working with teens and adults who are interested in exploring ways they can pursue a deeper sense of their own wellbeing. Common challenges I work with include anxiety, depression, anger, relationship difficulties, insecurity, burnout, and coping with trauma. I want to help my clients develop a deeper sense of and confidence in their strengths and challenges. I believe that reclaiming one's own awareness of their personality will set them up to achieve their goals based on their individual values.
