The therapeutic relationship is a unique and powerful one that can bring insight and transformation into a person’s life. From the start of my career, my ambition has been to work with people in a variety of ways to assist them in identifying and reaching their goals, better understand themselves based on their lived experience, and collaborate together to achieve the changes they want and need to see in their lives. I have significant experience working with mood and anxiety-related issues, substance use problems, personality disorders, and folks who have experienced trauma, both single-episode and complex trauma.
