My business partner Molly and I started our private practice, Strength Within Counseling, to help clients dig deeper into their current lives and their past experiences, and to do the longer work with them on self-exploration and life fulfillment. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to work on themselves, willing to face their challenges and take control back in their lives. I emphasize a caring, empathetic, and strengths-based approach in my work, which allows me to support clients of all backgrounds and with their individual needs, strengths, and goals.
