My approach to therapy focuses on the relationship and creating a safe environment for exploration and growth. Whether you struggle with issues unique to the LGBTQ+/ BIPOC community, interpersonal conflicts, mood shifts related to chronic pain, self esteem or social anxiety, a supportive bond has proven to be the key to change. Hopefully together we can become more curious about your unique point of view and find pathways to change that could lead to a more fulfillng life. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and interpersonal, in the tradition of relational psychoanalysis.
