As a therapist, I work collaboratively with my clients to identify and achieve their goals. I believe that within each of us lives an innate drive towards wholeness and transformation. Some people call this drive an "inner healer". Through cultivating greater self-awareness and acceptance of the patterns and behaviors we want to change, I believe we can make way for this natural process of transformation to emerge to live life more fully and authentically.
