As a psychotherapist and the founding clinician at the Center for Emotional Healing in Mid-city Baton Rouge, I offer 20 years of experience in guiding individuals in their journey toward emotional and relational health. With a foundation in diverse mental health settings that include psychiatric in-patient care, intensive residential treatment, and private practice, I have developed a deep and integrative awareness of the complexities and challenges inherent in psychological and relational wellbeing. I am a proponent of holistic mental health care, focusing on the interconnectedness of mind, body, spirit, and relationships. I am committed to addressing the root causes of my client’s distress, not simply managing their symptoms. I integrate a variety of theoretical frameworks, neuroscience insights, and theological concepts to promote deeper life changes.
