My ideal client is someone who feels conflicted about their sexual habits or relationship challenges. They may rely on porn or compulsive sexual behaviors to cope with stress or loneliness and feel trapped in secrecy, shame, or a loss of control. Sometimes their sexual thoughts or behaviors worry them, impact their relationships, or even lead to legal issues. Many are men who struggle with intimacy, emotional connection, or performance anxiety. I also support LGBTQ individuals and couples with general mental health needs and relationship issues, including navigating open or poly relationships in a grounded, sex-positive way.
