Change is hard. Growing into the best version of yourself is worth it. I've been practicing for over 20 years and have grown to believe kindness and authenticity are the key to helping people get unstuck. I've worked with clients all over the world as a trauma and relationship specialist. I think it's an honor to help people when they need it most.
