Hi there, I’m Justin. I work well with individuals undergoing life transitions, navigating unexpected changes, feelings of anxiety, relationship issues or stressors, self esteem and self worth difficulties, and individuals who identify with neurodivergence. I believe that many of the challenges we face stem from disconnection- both from others and from parts of ourselves. When we begin to nurture those connections and work through inner conflicts and reactions, we can move toward a more authentic, integrated way of being. In our work together, I see you as the expert on your own life. My role is to walk beside you as you explore the areas that feel messy, uncertain, and difficult. Together, we’ll create a space where you can safely process, reflect, learn, grow, and begin to reconnect with your truest self.
