My passion is to help those who feel weary and lost. It is difficult to be present and live a fulfilling life when the chains of past events hold us back. As hard as we run and distract ourselves, we also run away from our sense of self. Avoiding pain can grow into unhealthy behaviors and addiction. My intention is to help build a foundation for a meaningful life. Core pieces of the foundation include insight, communication, emotions, and connection. These pieces are vital to maintaining healthy relationships and attaining the love we want. Other important areas to consider are cultural identity, spirituality, and our past.
