I strive in compassionately supporting clients through life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and self-improvement. I utilize person-centered and experiential approaches in hopes to provide welcoming, nonjudgemental spaces where you can be fully you! I have experience and a passion for foster families, at-risk youth, and a passion and understanding of athletes participating in endurance sports.
