At our core, we all want to be seen, heard, and understood, and to feel a true sense of belonging. In our work together, I offer a structured yet compassionate space to explore anxiety, depression, relational challenges, and major life transitions. Together, we’ll identify patterns, build practical tools, and strengthen self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience to support healthier relationships with yourself and with others. Together, we will utilize mindfulness-based therapy to increase emotional regulation and foster a deeper sense of meaning and connection in daily life. I use an approach that is best described as softness with structure. I will offer an abundance of resources for you to engage with between sessions if that appeals to you.
