I'm Justin MacGregor, a licensed professional counselor. I specialize in working with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, and trauma and desire a deeper sense of fulfillment from their life. I create a safe and nonjudgmental environment in which I work to help clients build healthier boundaries, alter negative habits, and learn coping strategies to manage life’s stressors. My aim is to support people in developing more fulfilling relationships with others as well as themselves.
