Hello! My name is Justin. I am a dynamic practitioner that has helped people work through a variety of challenges throughout my career in mental health. I guide people towards identifying their strengths, gifts and opportunities. I support my clients in building skills to help them strengthen their relationships, and improve their ability to have more constructive communication and meaningful connection. As we know, the mind and body are integrally connected. I incorporate mindfulness practice and help clients regulate their nervous system, as I believe these are factors in positive therapeutic outcomes.
