We’ll tap into your strengths and develop practical strategies using Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I support clients in breaking free from shame, secrecy, and self-sabotage, creating space for clarity, self-compassion, and freedom. I also use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to resolve distressing memories, build resilience, and foster deep healing and peace.
