I enjoy working with individuals and couples of all ages. I approach a client's situation from a caring posture. It is my goal to establish a grace-filled environment that produces safety and trust; people thrive in that environment. My approach to couples therapy is integrative, using several theoretical models, depending on the presenting issue. I am a Level 1 Certified Gottman's Therapist and use Attachment therapy principles to help couples increase bonding and relational connection.
