I use an integrative approach blending Brainspotting, DBT, Somatic and Emotionally Focused-Therapy for trauma, anxiety, relational distress and performance. If you've felt like the things you've experienced have held you back from the life, love and happiness that you know deserve, you've found the right therapist. I know what it is like to feel the chains of the past holding you back from your goals. No matter what you have been through, or how grim things appear, I believe in your mind-body's ability to heal and grow. I will not give up on you. All I ask, is that you do the same. I offer a non-judgmental space for you to explore the sides of yourself that you may have had to hide from others your entire life in order to survive and fit in. I will give you my ear, and use any tools I have at my disposal to help you attain your highest healing, as an individual and as a relational being.
